Canal Crashers: Race thru the Canals on Derby Boats

Textile A-Thon: weaving a massive cloth overnight in an abandoned mill

From VICKI:

Mill Bash: Extreme Pogo-Sticking Competitions on the cobblestone streets; including pogo stick jousting / dueling

OR if we really get organized, all 3 of these events, simultaneously, all coming together in an amazing-race-like finish line at the Jack Kerouac Memorial.
